I love this place.

Good.

The shower was a real hassle to use. Its hose is fixed, water sprays from above and from the front, and there are clunky noises all over the place. I wish they’d stop renovating and just fix that hose. The TV is huge, but I couldn’t figure out how to use it properly, so I could only watch on the small screen. They only give you free tea bags and coffee. If they’re spending on facilities, I’d rather they add more amenities. The hotel seems busy, but some rooms cost more than they should. The cheaper ones are always booked, and 8,000 to 10,000 yen feels too expensive for a casual stay.

My girlfriend and I tried the hotel for the first time, staying in room 601 on a weekday from 2 to 5 pm and using it as a love hotel. I’d been concerned because the old reviews I found were all negative, mentioning smells, dirt, and poor front desk service. We didn’t run into any problems at all. It cost around 7,000 yen during the service time. I’d use it again.
