We were about a two-minute walk from the nearest ski lift, which was a great location. After a long day skiing, having an onsen in the hotel was perfect for relaxing. Our room was clean and warm, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for having us!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I found the tatami room quiet, warm, and comfortable. I’d booked one with its own toilet and sink, which not every Japanese-style inn has. The communal showers and baths only open after 3 pm, with no morning bathing. It was a simple, welcoming hot bath after snowboarding. There’s a large ski and board room in the basement with a drying room, and laundry machines are free to use, though the dryer takes coins. I only had breakfast once, and it was simple home cooking. The inn is close to a smaller slope that connects to the main area by chairlift and a green run. For first tracks at the main gondola, it’s a 15-minute walk, which can be tiring.

Back for our second stay, and we’re still fond of the onsen, breakfast, and warm, welcoming staff. It has a real family feel, like a home away from home. Thank you, Uchihan!
