Breakfast had a great range of Japanese and Western dishes, and everything was just right. The hotel is right in front of Okayama station, which makes it easy to get around and close to everything in the city. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, had a lovely view, and all the amenities we needed. The staff were professional and helpful. One of the best places we've stayed, and I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay during the Japanese long weekend in late November. The hotel connects to the train station, and the major shopping malls and restaurants are only a few minutes away on foot. Car rentals are just across the street. The staff were friendly, the front desk spoke fluent English, and breakfast was very nice. They kindly combined our two separate bookings so we didn't have to change rooms. Much appreciated!

The service was incredible. Every employee we met was kind and helpful, and they made our stay wonderful. It's also a beautiful hotel in a central spot by the train station and Okayama City Museum. A great base for visiting Okayama.

10/10
The service was good, and the location was perfect, next to Okayama train station and right in the center of everything. My standard queen room was smaller than at other hotels, and I didn't like having a window beside the bathroom.

The building is getting on in years, but it’s been kept in good shape, and the location is very practical. Staff were excellent across the board, from reception to breakfast. Ms. Liang? and Airatsu? Yumi?! were especially helpful. Breakfast was good, though the bakery could use some work. The room felt smaller than at comparable Crown Plazas.
