Canopus Motobu

We stayed here in April 2019, and the place seemed brand new. The owner and manager were incredibly friendly, and I’d gladly come back. My girlfriend and I had everything we needed nearby, including the Aquarium close by. The house felt very modern, with Japanese and Western-style bedrooms, an automatic toilet and bidet, a walk-in shower, and an outdoor stone tub. It’s private too, so nobody can see you.

We had a wonderful stay, and the kids enjoyed it too. The outdoor bath was a real treat. Thank you!

A good place to stay.

The self check-in made arriving at 9 PM on our first night easy, which I’d been a little worried about. It was a lovely two-night stay for my first trip to Okinawa with my parents. The room was clean, had parking right outside, and the big table was great for eating the food we’d bought. I read in the in-house brochure that I should let staff know before midnight if I wanted towels and trash collected. Since I wasn’t sure I’d catch them because of my schedule, I left a note at the front desk. I later ran into a staff member, took the note back, and when I returned that evening the towels and trash had been collected. With two beds and a tatami room, it seems great for families. The dishes in the room were really cute too.
