The staff were wonderful and made sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Our room was super clean, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of the visitors center where you get base passes. My family and I have stayed twice while visiting a family member at Kadena, and we'd stay again next year if we go back. Lawson and McDonalds are close for food and drinks, and there's coin laundry on the property, which made an extended stay much easier. The room fridge was helpful, too. One thing to know is that the beds are Japanese style, not American, and they're VERY firm.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were extremely clean, though basic by western standards. Breakfast was great.

Everyone on staff was so friendly, and they all spoke very clear English. They even helped carry my bags up to the room so I wouldn't have to make several trips with an infant. The rooms were spotless. Cleaning happened whenever I chose to leave for the day, rather than at a set time, so I never had to worry about being woken up or asking the cleaners to come back later. It felt like a home away from home.

The staff were really nice, and I had a good time here. The room was clean and a standard size for a Japanese hotel, not especially big but not cramped. Breakfast was included and quite nice, and there’s a sauna and hot tub too. A few restaurants and bars are an easy walk away. I’d happily come back.

After a 24-hour flight, arriving late, I really appreciated how politely and warmly the staff welcomed us. The room was comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. I’m staying here now and would definitely recommend it. Don’t hesitate to book.
