The hotel is so clean you could almost eat off the floor. The downsides were extra charges for parking, a breakfast choice limited to one kind of bread, and room cleaning only every two days. I'm not sure I'd come back.

For security, you need your room key to go to any floor except the lobby and front desk, which is very good. The rooms are tiny, though, with a tiny fridge and TV, and work best if you only have carry-on-sized luggage. The elevator stopping at the second floor, opening its doors, and waiting every single ride got super annoying after the first day. I know it's for security and to help people find the front desk there. Parking was a nightmare, though that's common all over Okinawa, so I didn't take stars off for it. They do charge extra for parking.
Mr Hamato was wonderful, always going out of his way to greet us and staying so humble. The other staff were enjoyable too. Room service was prompt and very efficient, and every request was met with a smile. I'll stay here on our next return trip.
A typical business hotel with everything you need. The rooms are small and the bed is hard, but everything was very clean and up to date. The bar district is close, so outside noise gets a little loud.
Parking is available onsite, and the staff were professional. The hotel is clean, though small, which is typical of many hotels in Japan. It's a very nice place tucked away in 'music town'.
