We saw some incredible sea life and spent a good amount of time underwater. It was our first scuba dive, and Yasu made it easy and fun by being friendly, helpful, and clear. The pictures he took were great too.

I chose PMC because it has been operating since 1986, and the years of experience show in how smooth and convenient the service is. The dive shop is professional, friendly, laid-back, and good at what it does. The people it attracts seem to have the same easygoing vibe. Every staff member I met was helpful and warm. I booked the accommodation and fun-dive package for two nights and three days. For a multi-day dive, I’d recommend staying at the PMC resort: it’s within walking distance of the port, and breakfast is delicious. The room was okay, and there’s a 7-eleven across the street for late-night snacks. I did five fun dives with Uchihara-san and enjoyed every one. He knows the water so well and took us to different spots with varied geography and marine life. I couldn’t join the expedition dive because there weren’t enough people, since it needs at least three, but I’d trust PMC to take me on one. If you’re an intermediate diver with a license, able to do your own safety check and enjoy diving, I’d recommend this shop even if you don’t speak Japanese. Their English communication is okay, though I don’t think you can get licensed in English here. I managed to communicate with Uchihara-san with a little help from translation apps. A big recommendation!

The guide was super friendly, the service and price were excellent, and the water and fish were amazing!

We tried a introductory scuba diving, and the staff and experience both earned 5 out of 5. As a first-timer, I found it wonderful and had no trouble at all. The weather was a 3 out of 5, though, so we couldn’t go to the dive site that had been planned. I still had a great time and would definitely dive with them again. I’d recommend this shop to others.
