The rooms are spacious and very clean, and it’s a great place to stay and relax. There are shuttle buses to different ski areas, and restaurants are within walking distance for dinner, though there’s not much around in the morning. Suzuki at the front desk speaks very good English. She was so kind and helped us a lot during our trip, especially with figuring out the shuttle bus and finding restaurants. I recommend staying here.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and really comfortable, and we slept well. The view was stunning and made the stay feel relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of choices, and the hotel felt welcoming to international travelers. The staff communicated extremely well and were genuinely attentive, and the service was excellent throughout. The hotel is very child-friendly, and the onsen was beautifully designed and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it, especially to families with kids.

The private Onsen was peaceful and wheelchair friendly, which worked well for us because we have tattoos. My partner uses a wheelchair, and while the rooms aren’t fully accessible, we still loved our stay. The rooms were big, the facility was nice, and the staff were great. It’s a bit away from things, but having a car made that easy. I’d stay here again.

A high-quality hotel at great value, and a much cheaper substitute for staying in Hakuba. The ski resorts only take 15 minutes longer to reach by car.

A lovely little hotel in great shape, and a wonderful experience for the price. We stayed in a comfortable, spacious classic Japanese room, and the service was polite. There’s plenty of parking and a mountain river beside the property. The one difficulty was getting hold of the hotel if you need to let them know you’ll check in late, as their reservation rules require.
