I won't come back. I wouldn't even rate it a 1. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, dirty windows, and a rusty washing machine. When I asked to move, they showed me a room left dirty by the previous guest, with used sheets and rubbish scattered around. A cleaning company worker came to replace the sheets but seemed to have no idea there was a problem. For a place in Onna Village at this price, with a 7000 yen cleaning fee, this level of management is worrying.
