We arrived late at night and couldn't even find the house easily. There was no outdoor lighting, so locating it was difficult. Inside, a strong damp smell hit us right away. There were visible mold marks on the walls, and the air felt wet and unpleasant. It was even worse in the rooms. The AC wasn't working properly and only blew warm, humid air. The apartment was extremely hot, with the humidity being the worst part. After we went back downstairs, we saw three huge cockroaches near the kitchen. We decided it was unsafe and unacceptable to stay for five nights, so at 11 PM we booked a hotel at the last minute. We immediately contacted Airbnb support and the host. Even though we hadn't spent a single night there, the host only offered a 30% refund. Airbnb support thankfully gave us additional compensation, but the whole thing was extremely stressful. I absolutely would not recommend this place.

We booked two nights, September 5 and 6, and by September 12 the landlord still hadn't contacted me about how to sort things out. I can't accept his apology. There were several problems during the stay. The toilet had apparently been broken for a long time, but we weren't told in advance or offered another room. The kitchen had cockroaches, the bath towels looked dirty, and there were no hangers in the wardrobe. There was no Wi-Fi because the device was hidden, and the staircase had no curtains, so the neighbor's apartment was visible. There were no toothbrushes, although a box of razors was provided. The self check-in instructions also didn't explain how to use the keypad lock or where to find it.

We had a really relaxing stay here, with a great atmosphere. There was plenty provided for our group: three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate shower room, plus a BBQ grill and a shabu-shabu pot. A really great place to stay.

It was reasonably clean and comfortable, decent overall. The room had no hangers, there was dust left in the closet, and the washing machine lid was broken.
