Terrace Garden Okinawa

I booked with payment due on arrival, but then got a lot of emails asking me to pay ahead of time. That seemed suspicious, so I asked what would happen to a refund if a typhoon canceled my flight. They dodged the question and wouldn’t answer, so I canceled. Other helpful places clearly say they’ll refund you if your flight is canceled, but this one gave no answer. I have to assume they don’t offer refunds. Make sure you check the policy for typhoon-related flight cancellations. Typhoons hit Okinawa almost every week, so you could lose all your money!

The place is close to the sea, and the facilities are really nice. I’d never used a key box before and couldn’t get the door open, but they replied right away when I contacted them, which helped a lot. It’s good value for a large group, and I highly recommend it.

There was lots of room and it was really comfortable. It works well for a big group, so I’d be happy to come back and stay again. Thanks!

We came with three families and everyone was pleased with how clean it was and how many bedrooms there were. We even got caught up in the moment and tried some wine, which we don’t normally drink.
