The staff were lovely, and so was the restaurant. Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed.
10/10
The spa was the highlight for me, with its sauna, steam room, and baths in different styles and scents. There was even a sofa area stocked with manga to read. The rooms were spacious, businesslike, and very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast. It’s also a handy drive to plenty of sightseeing spots. Such a nice surprise. I’d happily stay with this hotel chain again.
2/10
The room had a cigarette smell, and the bed was unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world, and this was the worst bed I can remember.
8/10
For an affordable, convenient stay, this place worked well. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and breakfast was good.
6/10
The hot springs were clean and really relaxing, and the price made this good value. The mattress is definitely for people who like a hard bed. The Wi-Fi was terrible.
