The shower was great, with plenty of room and strong water pressure. This is a good deal if you're traveling light and only need somewhere to sleep. Osaka Castle is an easy walk for hikers, and Siam will show you how to get there. I had a lovely stay at Siam’s. She was caring and accommodating, and meeting her and her daughter was the highlight of my time in Osaka. I was lucky to be the only guest sleeping there that night.

The place was nicely decorated and clean, and the owner was generally kind. But you have to leave before 9:30 AM and can't come back until after 3:00 PM every day. I stayed seven days, and that schedule made it feel more like work than a vacation 😂. The bed was also so hard it felt like sleeping on the bed board. It's a decent place to crash on a tight budget, but I personally wouldn't recommend it if you want to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The reviews aren't kidding. The owner is really weird.

A nice budget stay. The owners looked after me, let me leave my bags there for an extra day for free, and even gave me a present.

A very nice older lady runs the place. The floor mats and pillows were comfortable, and I had the whole place to myself during my stay.
