We stayed for almost a month in January 2026, and the place started to feel like home. I’ll miss the Koshien neighborhood. The hotel is in a handy spot, with the station and shopping mall right next door. The front office staff were friendly, and even showed us to the parking lot on a cold night.

I’ve been to 28 different countries, and this was the first time I’d seen this. I arrived at 1 pm and was told check-in was at 3 pm, but they could speed it up if I paid 20 euros. The woman at reception was very hard to understand in English. Disgusting hotel and team!

A really nice hotel and a great breakfast. The waitress in the picture helped me get hot water from the machine, though she ended up spilling water all over the place during breakfast. She deserves praise for helping.

The station is a five-minute walk away, with trains that connect to the loop line for Kansai airport, which made getting around very convenient. There’s also a nice shopping center with everything you need just five minutes away, and it’s easy to walk around this part of town. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a good bed and everything I needed. The huge lobby smells lovely, and breakfast was generous and served until 10:00.

From the lobby, which smells so nice when you walk in, to the friendly hospitality, this was a lovely stay. My room was big, comfortable, and felt safe, with a good bed, toiletries, large windows, and very good cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. It’s an easy, flat five-minute walk to Eaon mall, the baseball field, shops, and restaurants. Koshien station is also five minutes away, with connections to Kobe, Nara, and even Kanzai airport.
