Design Hotel W Zip Club - Adults Only

The large bathtub, free parking, and good-looking hall stood out, especially for the price. Leaving and getting back into the room is a bit of a hassle, but it's still a great choice.

The room had clumps of dust in the corners, which was a little creepy. Maybe I didn't spot them before because the lighting was so dim. The other problem was a female staff member who answered the phone in a young-sounding voice. She picked up with a joking "Yay!", spoke as if she were tossing the phone, then slammed it down. When I came back after a long time with my boyfriend, she apparently behaved the same way. I strongly think she should be moved to another department. The cleanliness and that phone manner ruined the stay. The exterior and interior are beautiful, just as you'd expect from a design hotel, but there are plenty of other lovely, stylish hotels too.

Themed rooms give the place a fun, unusual feel, and I really like that they leave four bath towels for just two of us. The food is plentiful, the appliances seem fairly new, and the amenities are good. The linens are clean, too. Cleaning itself is rather sloppy, as others have mentioned. And if you leave something behind, it never turns up. I wonder if it's thrown away or taken by the cleaning staff. I've lost a scrunchie, a pouch with underwear, and a makeup pouch on three separate occasions, and none were found.

I was charged an extra extension fee because the checkout time I was told didn't match the time shown on the TV. No one explained the difference, and I honestly don't understand the charge. The receipt was also unclear about the details, which felt very unfriendly.
