The room was roomy and comfortable, and they even had an external monitor for working on a laptop. You'll need to bring an HDMI cable, though the hotel might provide one if you ask. The location was great, right by Osakako subway station and near Tempozan. Best of all, when we lost our bag on the train on the way to check in, the front desk staff called the railway company for us and they found it. We'd definitely recommend this place.

Our family was really happy with the four-night stay. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and everyone we met, from the front desk to the other service staff, was very friendly. One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended 🤩

The location worked really well for the Osaka Aquarium and Universal, with Metro access right outside. Rooms are modern, and there's a coin laundry with combination washer-dryers. Breakfast was a nice light spread: yogurt with toppings, bread and pastries, salad, plus an automatic coffee, espresso, and cappuccino maker and teas. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hotel Sails had everything we needed for our Osaka night show trip: it was close to services, the staff were friendly, our room was massive and had all the amenities, and breakfast was included. We got all that at an affordable price for a five star hotel. We'll come back and recommend it to family and friends. 10 stars!!!!!

We were fully satisfied with our stay. I assume we got a special offer, but even at 5,000 yen per person, it would still be worth it with the welcome drink and breakfast included 🤗
