The bathroom was really clean, and the room was neat and tidy. It’s a little tight, but fine for one person, with both hot and cold water available. The buffet breakfast was especially good, with lots of food to choose from.

A bit dated in terms of the building, but the service side was good. Clean and tiny, as is usual in Japan. Good value if you just need somewhere to sleep 😴.

Checking in and out on the machine, like using an ATM, was easy, and the hotel is near Shin Osaka station. The room itself was nice and clean. The bed still looked a little messy after housekeeping, though, and the pillow was softer than I like. Still a good value and a place I’d recommend.

The noise in the hallway ruined the rest we expected to get. On both mornings, around 8:30, cleaners were talking loudly and banging about, although check-out wasn't until 10. We left feeling tired and stressed. We stayed at five hotels in Japan on this trip, and this was the only one where staff disturbed us before checkout. The rooms were also the smallest of the hotels we booked in similar cities at similar prices. I raised the issue again after getting home, but the hotel wouldn’t offer compensation or even a small goodwill gesture. That was very disappointing. The hotel was clean and the amenities were good, but the rooms were small and there was little consideration for guests' rest. The lack of customer care makes me hesitant to stay again.
