It's cheap and does the job if you just need somewhere to sleep. The rooms are really small, though the bathroom is a decent size and there's AC. The nearest public transit is over a mile away, around 1.5 km, so it's a long way from the trains.

We picked this place because getting to the World Expo from there seemed fairly easy, and it was. The beds are very firm, but I found them comfortable. It's basic, clean, and the staff were efficient. There aren't many food options or activities nearby, and there are no frills.

It was decent for a short stay, especially since it's cheap and well placed for Messe. The staff were nice, and the room was clean. Sleep was the harder part. The walls are so thin that water moving through the old pipes is extremely loud whenever someone in the building uses a toilet, sink, or shower. I was woken several times at night, so light sleepers may struggle. You can't open the window, not even tilt it, and the mattress felt pretty hard by European standards.

Our group tour left us here for two nights, and I really hope it was extremely cheap because it wasn't worth the money. Getting anywhere meant taking both a bus and a train. The hotel's convenience store had nothing worth buying, so the only nearby option was a 15-minute walk away, probably cheaper too. The room was disgusting when we arrived. The beds were made and amenities stocked, but there was hair on the bathroom walls, dust over the furniture, a sticky half-empty tea bottle in the fridge, and carpet stains that looked years old. We reported it through our tour leader because the staff's English was very poor. About ten minutes later they said it had been cleaned. We checked, and nothing had been cleaned, only the amenities replaced. There was no heating, just an air conditioner and dehumidifier that did nothing in the cold season. We ended up taking every blanket and sharing one bed to stay warm. Do not stay here. Zero out of five, if only.
