Ostay Shin-Osaka Hotel Apartment

The owner was incredibly helpful when we realized we’d left something behind after checking out. They tracked it down and even sent it back to us in Tokyo, which made the stay memorable. The accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with pans and cutlery. We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it for a comfortable visit and outstanding hospitality.

My child and I were left outside in the cold all night because no owner was there to help, and I deeply regret booking this hotel. The owner was unreachable, which is extremely concerning. It felt as if they disregarded their guests’ well-being and left us in a distressing situation. I’d advise people to avoid this kind of hotel. The safety measures are inadequate, and guests are left responsible for anything that happens at midnight. The owner’s behavior was inhumane.

This is a clean, tidy apart hotel near the station at a reasonable price. The room could fit two large suitcases open at once, and it came with a kitchenette, washing machine, and AC. There are shops and restaurants at the station, though the neighborhood itself isn’t touristy. Check-in is self-service, and there was no visible staff. The bed was a little narrow for two but otherwise comfortable. Noise was the downside. We could hear planes and trains, and the bathroom’s 24-hour ventilation was noisy too. It didn’t bother us much during the day, but it did at night.

A former weekly mansion, it has a small apartment with a kitchen and washing machine, making it handy for longer stays. The location is great, with easy access to ShinOsaka. A good option if you don’t want to spend your whole trip in hotels.
