The place was clean and had everything we needed, and each room had its own AC and garbage bin. We stayed for two nights to visit USJ. From one room, the Ferris wheel view was really nice, and that room also had a balcony. The location was convenient, with the aquarium close by, a Lawson across the street, and lots of restaurants, drug stores, and other shops nearby. There's a ferry to USJ that takes about 10 minutes, though you still have to walk a little. A couple of practical things: the first floor doesn't have a Ferris wheel view, while guests on the second or third floor have to carry their luggage up the stairs. That wasn't an issue for us, but it may matter to others. The last ferry leaves pretty early, so if you're at USJ until closing, you'll need another way back. The train takes around 30-40 minutes depending on the lines, with several transfers. We paid about 3,000 yen for a taxi, which felt worth it because we were tired. We were four and found having just one hairdryer kind of annoying. The property seems able to host up to 12, so perhaps they expect people to bring their own. We booked mainly because there were meant to be two showers and two bathrooms, but one shower room is in the same room as both toilets, with nothing separating the shower from people using the bathroom. Locking the door to shower means nobody can use the toilets. It feels like they didn't think through how people would use the space. There's also just one sink with a mirror in the main shower room with a bath, which seems inadequate for a large group needing to brush teeth, wash up, do skincare, or makeup.

We had four adults and an infant, and the hosts brought us a pack and play without us even asking. That was such a nice touch. The house was spacious and in a convenient spot for our Osaka aquarium visit. It had three full bedrooms, each with two double beds, plus a full kitchen, a full shower room, and two toilet toilets. Everything was clean and exceeded what we expected. What an amazing find through Airbnb.
The airport bus stops right in front of the place. You just cross the traffic light to get there, which saved us from dragging our luggage through the train network when we arrived. The owner hadn't mentioned it, and I only found out by chance. We stayed four nights as a family of four in the third-level apartment. It looked just like the Booking.com listing, was clean and comfortable, and had an amazing location with amenities all around. I'd stay here again if I return to Osaka.
I liked how quiet the location was, since I prefer somewhere away from the busiest areas. The apartment was extremely clean, and the washer-dryer worked well. The kitchen was well equipped overall, though the cookware was limited to one small pan, one regular pan, and one pot. There was plenty of tableware. Trash was a persistent problem. Guests were told to leave it in designated areas on each floor, but other renters kept leaving bags outside our door throughout the stay. The stairways also had a bad smell, and there was no container there for storing trash.
We were a family of five and chose this place because the listing promised a balcony with a Ferris wheel view. The floor plans showed rooms on the second and third floors, all with balconies. Then, one day before check-in, we were told we'd been assigned Room 101 on the ground floor, with no balcony. Management acknowledged the issue and offered a full refund or 10% off. But they were fully booked, and at such short notice we had no real alternative nearby, so we stayed. After our first dinner, just before we entered the room, we opened the front gate and found large roaches in the hallway. I contacted management and was told to use insect spray supposedly under the kitchen sink. There wasn't any, and they didn't respond further. What bothers me is that the five-star reviews I read seemed to be from people on the upper floors, where conditions appear completely different. I believe this is false advertising, especially since the listing says all rooms have a balcony. The hosts say Booking.com never passed along our balcony preference, but the listing presents a balcony as a standard feature, not an optional request. The first floor wasn't shown on the floor plan. If you're thinking of staying here, make sure they don't put you on the ground floor in Room 101. It doesn't match the photos and feels like a different property entirely.
