Breakfast needs work. There were very few vegetarian choices, and even basics like bread, cornflakes, and eggs could use more variety. Tea and coffee are available. On the plus side, the staff were very cooperative. We asked to change rooms for a better view, and they arranged it the next day, which was a nice gesture. I travelled with family, and the clean room with bunk beds was comfortable for three. It’s near Shin Osaka station, and we had a great stay overall.

The hotel is right across from Shin Osaka station, close enough that you can see its sign, so it’s handy if you need to be near the trains. The rooms seem aimed at business travelers who missed the last train or want quick access to transit. WiFi worked well in the lobby, but from my corner room I could barely connect, and couldn’t keep a connection. There was also a musty smell in the room every day, so we left the window open for a while.
The price was very reasonable, and the room was clean and pleasant. WiFi was good, and it was quiet between rooms. The bath had a nice tub, with shampoo and conditioner provided. There’s air conditioning and a heater, too. Shin Osaka station is very close, and there’s a lift, which made carrying our luggage easy.
It’s a good base if you’re only planning to spend a little time at the hotel. The place was generally clean and is very close to Shin Osaka station, with access to the Shinkansen, Osaka metro, and JR lines. The bathroom felt a bit rickety and wasn’t designed with tall people like me in mind.
The room was tiny but clean, with a nice bed, and I slept better here than anywhere in a while :D Everything worked, including the air conditioning, hot water, and TV. I couldn’t enjoy the TV channels since they were only in Japanese. The best part is how close it is, just a minute’s walk from Shinosaka station. I’d definitely come back when I visit Osaka again.
