I stayed here on three separate occasions recently, always on the female-only floor. Everything there felt new and smelled new, and you leave your shoes at the floor entrance. I had a very large, heavy bag, and each time the staff kindly carried it for me, even though that floor is in a separate building from the lobby. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I’ve traveled a lot but haven’t come across hotel rooms like these, with Japanese-style paper sliding screens hiding unattractive windows and simple wooden furniture. It isn’t luxurious, but it’s comfortable, quiet, and has a distinctive style. Breakfast was served individually rather than as a buffet; coffee, juice, and soup were available as much as you wanted. Walking between the station and hotel in Osaka’s blazing summer heat was really tough for me. I wish it were closer, though for this price and service, maybe it’s a good balance.

The room was small, as expected, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The AC wasn’t very cold, though it kept things comfortable enough for sleeping. The train station is close, and there’s a 7-11 nearby for food and drinks. Staff looked after us, and breakfast was a nice buffet. One quirky bit was having to leave the room key at reception whenever you went out, which I found a little inconvenient. Still, I’ve got nothing bad to say about the place.

The breakfast was great, and the station was only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room, though, was really small for three people and pretty uncomfortable.

We stayed for two weeks, and this was our favorite hotel in Japan. It’s in a quiet spot, about a five-minute walk from the East gate of Shin Osaka station, so getting around was easy. The staff were friendly and professional, and our room for three was spacious and comfortable, unlike many rooms we stayed in elsewhere in Japan.

The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the rooms were clean, as you’d expect in Japan. Staff service was good, and being within walking distance of the main station was a big plus. I’d stay here again. The only downside was that the room felt kind of small with two XXL roommates.
