The room was clean, but I was bothered by things like where the outlets were. The listing photos showed a bathtub, but there wasn’t one. There was no staff on site, and I couldn’t really figure out how to check in.

This was awful. When I tried to check in, the room hadn’t been cleaned and there was nobody at the front desk, so I had no idea what to do. If you’re booking this for a trip, I’d make sure it’s actually operating first. Really terrible.

Luggage storage is available, and there are two free washing machines and two dryers. It’s conveniently near the MRT. You need to get an entry code from the hotel ahead of time, though, and there’s no elevator, so hauling bags up to the third floor is tiring.

Beautiful and clean.

What a hassle. There was nobody at the front desk, so I had to call them myself using a four-digit number. After I got the room key, the automatic door still wouldn’t open, which meant calling them again.
