The restaurant was surprisingly good, especially since most places in town close early. There’s also a huge car park. For a small town, this is the best hotel.

The historical district is about a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a big supermarket behind the hotel. The hotel is right by the train station exit, with buses to the airport and downtown Hiroshima outside the station. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was simple but filling. The staff were very friendly. I was heading to Osakikamijima early the next morning, and they gave me lots of transport advice and worked hard to contact taxi and ferry companies so I could get there smoothly. Recommended for tourists.

I chose this hotel because it’s fairly close to Tadanoumi station and the ferry port for Okunoshima Island, also known as rabbit island. The staff were really friendly and seemed to genuinely want visitors from abroad to experience what their small town has to offer. If you’re in the area, I’d recommend staying here.

The staff were very nice, and I had a clean, pleasant room. The ground-floor restaurant is good, with the whisky and sake the town is known for. It’s also very close to the station, which made things easy while I was in Takehara.

A very nice hotel that’s friendly to tourists. My room was really clean, and the location is handy, close to a convenience store, the bus station, and the train station.
