The owner picked us up from the station and dropped us off again at 07:30. Great service. We had a wonderful night here, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a top-notch room. The onsen was perfect, and we had a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji. If you're after an authentic Japanese stay, this is the place. 10/10, great place.

It was lovely staying somewhere family-run, where every staff member treated us so kindly. The private onsens were rejuvenating, and the home-cooked meals were delicious. This hidden gem of a ryokan has superb hospitality and an immaculate view of mt Fuji. I absolutely recommend it, and we’d happily return.

Fujitomita made our stay feel so heartwarming. The view from our window was breathtaking, and the rooms were incredible. We also found the private onsen really relaxing. They even drove us to the busstop on our way back. Thank you so much!

The hosts made us feel like part of their family from the moment we arrived. Their kindness and care are hard to put into words. The food was exquisite and beautifully prepared, with a taste like something from a renowned japanese chef. Everything, from the atmosphere to the service, felt perfect. At Ryokan Fujitomita, you can see Mt Fuji from bed. The views are breathtaking, especially in the morning, when the light fills the place with a warmth that goes straight to your heart. It was peaceful, authentic, and full of beauty. I’ll remember this dream of a stay forever, and I’ll come back ❤️❤️❤️

The host, who owns the place, makes generous portions of delicious, beautiful homemade dinner and breakfast. A hot spring bath adds a bit more relaxation. And the view of Mt. Fuji from our Japanese style room was priceless, from daybreak right through sunset.
