We stayed here on a trip with friends. Otaru Station is close enough to walk to, and having the highway nearby is handy for tourists. There's a parking lot beside the guesthouse for 1000 yen per 24 hours. Inside, everything felt new and very clean. I especially liked having power outlets by the beds.
