There were lots of well-prepared dishes to choose from, and everything was delicious and satisfying. Our room was spacious, with a lovely lake view, and the staff were so friendly. I also enjoyed trying one of the many massage chairs for free. I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

The staff asked how my stay had been when I checked out, and they’d also been helpful in telling me about nearby attractions. I spent two days here and enjoyed the whole stay. My traditional Japanese-style room had a beautiful lake view, and dinner made with fresh ingredients was really tasty. I also rented an onsen, which gave me a quiet, relaxing place to unwind. It’s a very relaxing hotel, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Biwako.

The food was amazing, and there’s a convenience store on the ground floor beside the check-in counter. The rooms have tatami floors and are usually a single room with shared sleeping space. It seems like a great place to relax and try a traditional Japanese onsen. I was there for business, though, so I didn’t really get to see the sights or have that traditional experience. I’d still recommend it.
