We picked this place for a stop on our road trip because it was conveniently on our route, and it had free on-site parking. We were a couple. Just a heads-up, this is a love hotel, so the rules differ from a regular hotel. You don't get a room key, and have to call the front desk every time you want to leave. The room seemed nice at first, with a comfortable bed and decent amenities. There was a tablet for ordering room service too. But looking more closely, it was clear the hotel had seen better days and needed repairs. The bathroom especially needs work: there was mold along the ceiling and edges, the main light had no cover, and the exhaust fans didn't work, so steam built up quickly. The AC was pretty loud. I had a minor dust mite allergy reaction after just one night, and there were cobwebs and spiders on the balcony. After checking out, I realized our booking was supposed to include free breakfast. The person who checked us in didn't mention it or ask us about it, so we missed a service we'd paid for.

Two couples stayed overnight in two rooms, one Grade A and one Grade B. Both balconies were dirty, with bird droppings and spider webs. The in-room bathroom jacuzzi didn't work, and the water pressure was low. The top-grade A room was cramped and small. Don't stay here.

The place costs less than the one next door, but I think the price should reflect how run-down it is. The open-air bath wasn't very clean, and the handle on the indoor bath window was broken. It took ages to fill with hot water, and the shower pressure was weak. The tablet wasn't on, so I couldn't open any apps. Music played from somewhere all night and got on my nerves. The massage chair's backrest wouldn't adjust, and streaming U-NEXT or Netflix required logging in with your own account. I understand that things wear out over time, but I have to ask: is there no fruit platter, or does that depend on the plan?

The room was supposed to be the highest grade, but I left less than two hours after arriving and felt like I'd wasted my money. The open-air bath was so dirty I didn't want to get in, and its tiles were cracked enough that I worried about cutting the bottoms of my feet. The roof over the outdoor sofa was damaged, and there were bird droppings on the floor. A terrible experience.
