Yoko and her husband were so friendly. They picked me up and dropped me off at the Rusutsu hotel bus stop, and he even drove me to my next place and offered me a lift back to the hotel for skiing. The house is beautiful, and my room was spacious and spotless, including the bathroom. Everything felt just right. Thanks so much, I’d definitely come back! ❤️❤️

The house is beautiful and kept really clean, and it’s an easy walk to the gondola, restaurants, and convenience stores. Yoko and Kazia are upbeat, energetic, and incredibly accommodating. They can pick you up and drop you off at the nearby hotels, which helps when you arrive with all your gear. The bus from the airports takes about two hours. Breakfast is available from Yoko for $8 USD cash, and I thought it was worth it. I also enjoyed meeting the other guests from around the world. They don’t speak English fluently, but Yoko can carry a conversation and answer questions. She’s funny, too, and Google Translate can help when you get stuck. I can’t wait to stay with them again. 10/10!

The place was comfortable, and Yoko and her husband were fantastic hosts, really helpful with local tips and very accommodating. If you want breakfast, book it the day before. Otherwise, the next meal is a long walk away.

A cozy, welcoming home in a great spot for the resort. We had a comfortable queen bed and all the useful extras, from hangers for winter gear to a coffee and tea station. It’s run by a Japanese couple.
