You can step into the guest room area without putting your shoes back on, which kept things feeling clean. The rooms themselves are very spacious, and the separate bathroom and toilet are unusual for a business hotel. The location is great for a business stay, almost directly connected to Ryugasaki City Station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Parking and the breakfast area are over by the main building, so getting to either means walking outside for about three minutes. That could be a hassle in rain or cold. Still, the room was spacious and comfortable, with separate bathroom and toilet, individual air conditioning, and a no-shoes rule indoors. I appreciated all of those features.

I brought guests on a tour bus and appreciated the staff arranging parking for the large vehicle. Since the hotel is attached to the station, the bus couldn’t drop guests at the rotary in front, and it was about a five-minute walk from the parking area to the front desk. There’s a convenience store on the first floor, and some restaurants in front of the station, though not many. The rooms are comfortable, with separate toilets and bathrooms. Breakfast is served in the main building a little way away. The staff were very helpful, and I’ll bring guests here again.

For anyone traveling by train, this place is really convenient. There’s a FamilyMart on the first floor, free drinks at the front desk, and a water dispenser in the hallway. The room was spacious, with a separate bathroom, and the toilet and sink were clean. I’d worried about noise because it’s above the station, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The parking lot was about 50 meters away, and there was no automatic lock, which were the only inconveniences. Otherwise, I was satisfied.
