We stayed for two weeks, my mother and me. The staff were incredible, the hotel was spotless, and the location was perfect. Eateries, grocery stores, and shopping were all within about five minutes on foot, depending on where you were headed. I highly recommend it.

The rooms were clean, the staff attentive, and the price very reasonable. Sagamiono train station is right next to the hotel, but the rooms were still quiet. We could walk in a few minutes to convenience stores, the station malls, and grocery stores. The kids got the cutest toothpaste and house slippers, too. We looked forward to the wonderful breakfast buffet every day. We had a very pleasant stay and absolutely recommend the place. Thank you!

Please don't stay here, I want there to be room for me. This is my regular hotel when I have business nearby. It's right above the station and shopping mall, with lots of restaurants, pubs, shops, and a Starbucks around. The basic room has a desk, TV, and bath salts for unwinding after work. There's also a ladies-only floor with extra security and amenities. The lobby restaurant does a great breakfast buffet and dinner, and they've recently added a small bar in the lobby.

The room was lovely and clean, and the location was convenient, with several restaurants around and easy access from sagami-ono train station. Our only problem was how the front desk handled cancelling the next night's stay. When we asked whether we could cancel, the agent went ahead without telling us what the fee would be or checking that we wanted to proceed. When we asked about the fee afterward, they couldn't give us a definite answer. Aside from that, everything about the hotel was fabulous.

The hotel itself is very good, and I had a pleasant stay. The serious problem is the trains run by Odakyu Group. Odakyu line trains are often late. I don't understand why they don't keep to time in Japan.
