I used to think this was the best hotel, but even in the most expensive room, the lava bath is gone, the TV display is strange, and the remote doesn't respond properly. They've set up a free motorcycle wash outside, and it's annoying. This is the worst. I think I'll stick to the cheaper rooms from now on. Or will I?

I had a very good stay and would like to use the hotel again. The walls are thin, though, so be careful if you talk loudly. Someone's voice woke me up in the morning (lol).

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The front desk clerk was a handsome guy who spoke excellent English. One night I came back late from my JR train 🚄 and couldn't find any taxis at the station 🚕, so I had to call the hotel clerk for help 🆘. Thank you for being so thoughtful. We'll definitely visit again if we get the chance ❤️
