We were unsure when our road trip took us past the shipyard and some flats, but after turning left, there it was, a hotel shaped like a ship. It was a great surprise to find. The western-style hotel is luxurious, though it doesn’t have a sauna, steam bath, or heated pool. The large tub in our western-sized room was plenty big for a hot soak. Breakfast was an omakase meal and a real highlight. There are good dinner options around the area, about a three-minute drive away.

The rooms were lovely, and we had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was good too. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it.

I was there for more than a month. It's a quiet spot in a nice location, but there isn't much to do besides work. Service was fine, though sometimes staff weren't very helpful. Dinner had to be booked ahead, and the restaurant menu was pretty limited, which got annoying.

(2024.08) In the middle of that very hot summer, we had a calm, restful night here. Nice views, good sleep, a good bath, tasty food, and good service. I especially enjoyed the local tomato juice. Thank you.

I only came for lunch, but the sea views from the hotel's location were incredible. The pool is right beside it, with a huge rose decoration at the bottom. The set lunch was surprisingly tasty and good quality, and not expensive. I found myself wishing I'd stayed overnight. Saikai city seems to have lots of good food around, so next time I'll drive around and explore. Definitely recommend a visit.
