You can’t cancel the accommodation. They always refuse cancellation requests.

My company usually books this hotel for us when we come to Japan. It’s a Japanese-style place, so the rooms are small, but everything is clean and fairly up to date. The WiFi works well, breakfast has both Japanese and Western options, and there’s an English pub attached.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast had great options, and the team did their best to make the stay a good one. Very conveniently located near Saitama station.

The hotel is clean and good, but one night costs a lot.
