My booking had a few issues, but the receptionist was incredibly sweet and helpful, even with my very poor, almost nonexistent Japanese. The rest of the staff were great too. I really enjoyed the room and the breakfast, and the station is right outside. I'd definitely come back if I'm in Saitama again.

The rooms felt a little too small. Breakfast could be better for guests who don't eat pork. They should have fruit, boiled eggs, juice and milk every day. I also think two bottles of water and two laundry pieces per day should be included.

Clean and comfortable, with the train station just a few steps away.

The people are nice, and breakfast was good. The hotel itself was clean and pretty good.

I stayed here for five days when I came to Japan in 2024. Never seen a hotel like it, so clean and nice. Thank you, inn staff ❤️
