The room cleaning was very attentive, and the night view from the room was lovely. I liked the deck lighting on the second floor, connecting buildings such as the joint government building and the super arena, and the new-city feeling near the station. The receptionist woman was kind hearted, not elegant, and didn’t have that cheesy business hotel feel. Next time, I’d like to bring my family. The hotel feels classy and chique, with a soothing ambience, and is quite upscale. Room rents vary by day of the week, and weekends are usually expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s ideally located, connected to Saitama shintoshin station and the cocoon shopping malls. A well deserved 5 stars.

The calm atmosphere and handy spot by Saitama shintoshin station and the cocoon shopping malls made a strong impression. It feels upscale and stylish, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room prices change by weekday, with weekends usually costing more. A well-earned five stars.

I booked two rooms here for friends visiting from India, and the hotel staff looked after them well. The place was clean and breakfast was good. If you're planning a trip to Japan and want to stay near the saitama Shin to shin area, I'd recommend it.

I had a comfortable business stay in Saitama and would come back. Breakfast could use more variety, especially if you're there for several days. Having the same "washoku" or "youshoku" each morning gets a little dull. I also wish they wouldn't replace towels and robes every day. What a waste.
