The rules make the stay burdensome. Tenants can be fined for using too much utility or sorting garbage incorrectly, and none of this was disclosed before booking. The landlord also ignored my messages after check-in, even when I asked for something simple like tissues, and days went by without a response. The building directly faces graves, which shocked me and felt unlucky. The door was difficult to close, made noise, and kept disrupting me, especially at night.

The sunrise view is lovely, and you can see the ocean too. The apartment is a good size, well equipped, and in a convenient location for getting around.

I live in central Okinawa and stayed in Urasoe after drinking, so I wouldn't have to go all the way home. The sixth-floor room has high ceilings and a loft, plus a bed, sofa, and mattress. It seems suitable for two or three adults, and the shower pressure was strong. For the price, location, and functionality, I think it's a good value. It had all the amenities I needed. Just be aware there are no USB Type-A outlets, so bringing a charging cable won't let you charge your devices.

The room was clean and had a studio-like setup, with a kitchen, washing machine, microwave, and a kitchenette for one. It was nice to have a supermarket only a 15-minute walk away.
