The house suited our group of 14 perfectly. The six kids could sleep in the largest three-bed room, while the parents from our four families each had their own room. It worked out just right. The interior was modern, with the electronics and household items we needed. There's a Nepali restaurant right next door, and a vending machine outside the door. Supermarkets and convenience stores are only a few minutes away by car. It's in a quiet residential area, so noise wasn't an issue, though you should be mindful of the noise you make. We stayed in Aug. 2024, and I'd book it again for another big group. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had about ten people sharing the cost, which made this stay quite cheap, probably under NT$1000. The location was great too, just a short drive north to American Village or to Naha city center. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend it. It's a two-story detached house owned by a car rental company, presumably run by an employee. There's space to park three cars out front and a self-service car wash. The vending machine near the entrance is well lit, so it's easy to spot at night. Upstairs are three rooms, another toilet and a shower. The balcony could be used for BBQ, though we didn't try it. The bed in the farthest of the three rooms creaks when you lie down. It seems broken and is quite noisy. The curtains let in a lot of light, so the morning sun wakes you as soon as it gets light, making it hard to sleep through the night. Downstairs faces the road, so traffic makes it very noisy there too. Downstairs, the entrance hall was dusty. On the left are two rooms, each with a double bed, plus a separate toilet, living room, shared area, and kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, kettle, microwave, and a large counter stocked with dishes and utensils. The dining table seats ten comfortably. In the dressing room there's a washbasin, washing machine connected to the back alley for drying clothes, and a large vanity. The first-floor bathroom has a bathtub, but the water pressure is a bit low, so showering is less enjoyable and filling the tub takes a long time.
There's lots of room to sleep, with plenty of beds, and the place is really spacious. It could fit three or more families and has its own convenient parking lot. The convenience store is a bit far, though, so if you want a beer in the evening, I'd buy it ahead of time.
We came as a small group through Airbnb, and the place would be comfortable for a bigger group too. It was exceptionally clean, with impeccable amenities and facilities. There was a barbecue grill available, though we didn't use it. I highly recommend it.
The room was disappointing. Its soundproofing is very poor, and the furnishings and decor are basic and outdated. The official website photos make the design look modern and innovative, but that's quite different from what it's actually like.
