The room meals were served at room temperature, there was no hot water in the room, and the room hadn't been properly maintained or cleaned. The one plus was being close to the train station.

The building is older, but our room was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay, and the location was nice, close to the train station and some good restaurants.

It was a good stay, the room was spacious and the station was nearby. I'd like to visit again.

I stayed here while climbing Mount Kongo, without meals. The walls and tatami had scratches, and the facilities felt quite old in general. At the same price, you can stay at a relatively nice business hotel with breakfast included, so I'd only recommend this place if you like an old-fashioned atmosphere.

I booked without meals. The bath is on the second basement floor and, although there's a time limit, it's spacious. For what you get, I found the price a bit high. The air conditioner was broken, and the kettle still held hot water from the previous guest. There was also an old juice can on a storage shelf, hidden behind a cupboard door. Water in the bathroom only trickled out, and the tatami felt rough.
