The rooms have a great ocean view and you can watch the sun set, but the windows need cleaning. That really spoiled the view. The beds were comfortable enough, and we were picked up from the station and dropped back there. There’s a good range of baths: one outside, a large indoor one, three jacuzzis and another indoor bath. The outdoor one seemed hottest, and was my favourite because you can stand around outside SBN. I was told tattoos weren’t allowed, but the rule wasn’t enforced. I saw another tattooed person in there, though not yakuza. The place is clearly old, but that didn’t really affect the stay. I wasn’t much of a fan of the food, and we had half board. At around £177 a night, it isn’t cheap, but hey, it’s Japan. Nice stay overall.
