The station is right next door, which makes the location ideal. It’s a good, no-frills hotel for exploring more of Nara, including yoshino, hasedera, Abe shrine, and ashino. There’s free breakfast and a public bath, so it’s a good deal for travellers. The room is bigger than a usual route inn, since this is more countryside.

The mattress was super comfortable, and the room was clean. I liked the onsen, and breakfast was good too. Great hotel.

Good value, with a spacious room and convenient train connections to Miwa shrine and Hase temple. Those two temples were far better than the ones in Nara or Kyoto!

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room I got was on the same floor as the smoking rooms.
