We had the best three days of vacation here. It's a lovely guesthouse run by a kind couple, and even though dinner wasn't included, the husband recommended places nearby and drove us there. The Hasunuma swimming pool is only a three-minute walk away. Thank you!

We came as a couple during the Obon holidays, and it's a great spot for a family summer stay. The pool is close, the beach is easy to get to, and parking is free, so I think coming by car works best. Dinner is at 6:30 PM. Breakfast was at 8:00 or 8:30, I can't remember exactly. Everyone eats together in the restaurant, where the owner's father's stories make the meal feel warm and fun. It's a homey pension run by a couple, with lots of repeat guests. We want them to keep doing well. This is the kind of place you want to support. Thank you very much! 😊

We were completely full after the meals, and the portions suited a couple in our 40s or 50s and a young elementary school child. The food was good, with all-you-can-eat rice at dinner and bread at breakfast. The owner's stories are entertaining, and they share tips about nearby attractions. The guesthouse has free parking behind it, and you can wash and dry swimsuits. Hasunuma Water Garden is about a three-minute walk away, while Tonosaka Beach is around eight minutes on foot. You can buy pool tickets here for 100 yen off and get discount coupons for beach huts. There aren't changing facilities on the way to the pool or beach, so it's a good idea to change at a rest stop. We plan to stay again next year!

We came on a family vacation, and the rooms felt more like a hotel than a pension. The food was absolutely delicious. Dinner's seasonal sashimi costs a little extra, but I highly recommend choosing it if you want to enjoy Chiba's seafood. A great pick for family trips.

I stayed at Shiroi Kaigara on July 9, 2022, hoping to see Kujukuri. The park, pool, and beach are all right nearby. It was cloudy and I wasn't sure I'd catch the sunrise, but I did, and seeing it was really heartwarming! The pension has been run by an older couple for 32 years. The husband is humorous, and his wife's cooking is delicious. They made the whole stay feel comfortable and lovely. I've added it to my list for another visit!
