The food was good, healthy, and homemade, and the room felt clean, safe, and peaceful. It’s a ryokan close to a temple on the 88 Temples walk. They stayed available for us a little later than usual. We had a great stay, as long as you keep your expectations in check.

Dinner was delicious, and I enjoyed the short walk to the Shidu bayside. There were apartments there with a view of the sea.

Staying in a registered tangible cultural property was a wonderful experience. The building and garden were beautiful, and the couple looked after us so well. We were three men traveling with the kids, and had a lavish dinner at the restaurant next door. The bath was fairly homey, but the place is very close to Kotoden Shido Station and has parking too. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The old building has such a lovely atmosphere, and the grandparents were adorable. I’d only planned to stay one night for RADWIMPS' 20th concert, but after a tasty breakfast and how relaxing it was, I asked if I could add another night. They had room, so I ended up staying for two. I’d definitely come back for another concert in Kagawa. I couldn’t have dinner because I had to be at the concert in the evening. The photos showed fried scorpionfish, and I really wanted to try that. 😢 Thanks for the two days!

The meals were delicious, and I had a comfortable, relaxing stay in this registered tangible cultural property. The old house has a wonderful atmosphere, and the room I was shown to was intended for smokers. I did wish the staff had shared more about the building’s history. They seemed to keep communication with guests to a minimum and gave only the essential information.
