The location was top notch, close to train stations, luxurious malls, and convenience stores. Our family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo, and the friendly, polite staff were always ready to help with requests. The room wasn’t very large, but it worked fine for our family of four. We were comfortable, and adjusting the heater/air-conditioning to our preferred temperature was easy. There are just three laundry machines, and guests sometimes leave their clothes in them too long, which can be inconvenient. Parking is limited to eight slots, and whether you can use one depends on your car’s size. We only managed to park after changing to a smaller rental car. Fortunately, the hotel offers discounted rates at nearby affiliated parking lots. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Bespoke Hotel Sapporo. It was a great family experience!

Getting around was easy from here, with Odori station close by and plenty nearby, including BookOff, Animate, Matsumoto Kiyoshi Pharmacy Nijo Market, Tanukikoji Street, Daiso, a family mart, and McDonald’s. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices. The staff were kind and helpful, and made me feel well looked after. I was really happy with my stay and would come back.

The room had plenty of space, and the location worked well for exploring the city. But it was noticeably dusty, and I kept sneezing during my stay. Better cleaning would have made it a much more comfortable visit.

The front desk staff were really unhelpful, and no one could speak English. My mum had leg pain, but they didn't send anyone to help with her luggage. Then they hurried her to check out and threatened to charge for another day if she was more than 30 minutes late. They never apologized. The attitude was bad, and I won't come back.

I had a great stay. The room felt big compared with other hotels, and the staff were accommodating. It was easy to get to the park, shopping district, and nightlife. Best hotel I've booked so far.
