Hotel Keihan Sapporo

The onsen was enjoyable, and there was free ice cream afterward. Reception were friendly, too. It's about a five-minute walk from Sapporo station, and the room had plenty of space for luggage. Room service made the bed each day and changed the sheets all three days. We also got one complimentary bottle of water daily.

I checked out today after three days in Sapporo with my family, and wanted to praise the service. The front desk staff were hospitable and always ready to lend a hand. They seem to take staff training seriously, and the service felt first class. The location near the JR station is really convenient if you're carrying bulky luggage. The rooms have had some interior updates, but parts feel old, especially the hallway carpet. I hope they renovate further to support the hotel's growth.

My stay at Hotel Keihan was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff attentive, and the onsen was nice. My only small annoyance was that the TV didn't offer free movies.

It's a short walk from the JR station, with malls, sightseeing spots, and convenience stores within easy reach. My room and toilet were clean, and there was an air purifier in the room. Staff were helpful and approachable, and a water dispenser was out in the hallway. Plenty for a solo traveler.
