Courtyard By Marriott Sapporo

The location was convenient, about a 15-minute walk to the Susukino area, and I had a comfortable stay. The new Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo feels clean and modern throughout. My room was comfortable, and the hotel’s design had a warm, relaxing feel. Breakfast had a nice selection and was good. I’d happily come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went for the lunch buffet and were very happy with the selection. There was international food with Thai, Chinese, and French influences, which made the meal fun and flavorful. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing, too. I went early in the morning, when it was lovely and quiet, though it started getting busy after a while. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. We were impressed with the new Courtyard by Marriott from the start: we arrived around midnight and they checked us in quickly and smoothly, which was much appreciated after a long day. I was too exhausted to take room photos, but it was spotless, modern, and clearly brand new. We loved the thoughtful extras, including a humidifier, a ReFa hair dryer, and even a hair curler. We’d absolutely stay here again when we visit Sapporo.

Yuka at the concierge desk went out of her way to find something I’d left behind and send it on to my next stop. Really efficient. The front desk team gave me a warm welcome too. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including Japanese, American, and Indian food, though it gets crowded around mid-morning. The location worked well for exploring Sapporo, with the subway a block away and the city center about a ten-minute walk.

I liked how relaxing the hotel felt, and my room was roomy and kept in good shape. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and the location made getting around Sapporo easy. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
