The staff were really friendly, and the place was clean despite being inexpensive. It's about a 20-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus station, though, and the sound insulation isn't great.

It was quiet and relaxing, which suited me, though the hotel is a fair way from shopping spots like susukino and tanukikoji. The sidewalk on the way there was broken when I visited, and dragging my big suitcase over it was annoying. I chose the pay-at-hotel option and paid cash. I was surprised they had a cash machine! I also got a ticket for a light breakfast. The single room was small, as expected for a Japan hotel, but had all the facilities I needed. I ordered a steak through room service for dinner, for around one thousand, and it was delicious. Breakfast the next morning was very light, but enough for my small tummy, lol.

I visited last February, when the snow was at its peak. I enjoyed the road view, and you might get a river view in another season. Breakfast had healthy options, plus unlimited tea and coffee. I could hear the staff chatting in the kitchen, but it didn't bother me.

I stayed December 13-18, 2024, and the snow made the hotel look cute. The park was absolutely stunning in winter, and Nakajimakoen station was only a few minutes away on foot. My room was pretty decent sized compared with rooms at other three-star hotels. Breakfast was around 500¥, with limited choices, but everything was delicious. Even the eggs were good, and I loved the ochazuke. I barely took any room photos.
