Hotel Nets Sapporo - Vacation STAY 63536v

We were here over the winter holidays in my favorite prefecture. We were traveling as a family, and being together mattered most, so we weren’t expecting luxury. The rooms were adequate by typical Japanese hotel standards. Even with icy conditions, it was about a ten-minute walk to shopping malls and train stations. The service was the letdown. Before 3 pm, I asked if I could buy coffee from the restaurant, but they said it wasn’t available even though I was willing to pay. Later, we asked for help arranging airport transportation. They said Saturday demand was too high to arrange it and also declined to help book a taxi. I’ll definitely come back to Sapporo, just not this hotel.

Good value, though it’s a bit of a walk from the center.

I got separated from my family while traveling and happened to pass this hotel. The man at reception kindly lent me a charger and patiently helped me. I’m so grateful. I’ll definitely book here next time I’m in Sapporo 🙏

We had two double rooms next to each other for our family. The hotel was super clean, and the Susukino area is close. It got a little noisy at night with the windows open, but was fine once they were shut. The Susukino metro stops are nearby too.
