The welcome treats had lots of cakes, snacks, ice cream, and drinks, and everything tasted good. The amenities were DHC. I paid 16,100 yen for the room. It wasn't especially spacious, but the bath was very big and comfortable even for two people. The room seemed clean overall, though I found some dust on the shelves and around the coffee maker. I was looking forward to using it, so I was really disappointed that I couldn't. The plan let me check in at midnight and stay until 2pm. There was apparently a promotion with free drinks and breakfast, but I only found out as I was leaving and couldn't use it. It looked delicious, so I wish the promotion had been clearer. The rate felt a little high for the room, but I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Next time I'd like to know the service details ahead of time so I can make the most of the stay. ☺️

On my first stay here, I found the room clean and quiet, which was great. The welcome service and amenities were excellent, and breakfast was free. Both the cake and breakfast were delicious, as was the coffee in the room.

I've used their services many times, but this was a really unpleasant experience. I was waiting with a numbered ticket when a male employee called me and asked whether I wanted a discount or sweets. I chose the discount. He told me to pick a room and pay. I'd paid in person before, so I wondered whether the discount had actually been applied. Sure enough, when I went to pay, it hadn't. A nearby female employee checked and applied it, and I'm grateful to her. I still don't understand why the male employee handled it that way.

My first visit, in a 10,500 yen room. It was very clean and relaxing, and the food was delicious. The front desk's phone service, though, felt a bit off-putting.

I'd used their services before, but on this visit I heard a man in his 60s yelling. I think he was an employee. It was unpleasant, and I think they should stop.
