There's a Starbucks and a convenience store nearby, and the place is quiet and spacious. You can prepare something to eat, the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of towels, and the hot water works well. The oil heater in each room would turn off every so often, like an air conditioner defrosting, and the smell of oil filled the room so badly it was hard to breathe. I kept waking up because of it. The explanation for the door lock was a little lacking, and the door didn't lock properly from outside, which was inconvenient. The sofa was very old and so uncomfortable my back nearly broke.

This is a private lodging in a regular apartment, with spacious rooms. There's a bathroom and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a small kitchen. A washing machine is provided, which is handy. It also has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates and cups. It feels as convenient as renting a regular house. Wi-Fi is available, and there's a desk for working.
